These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of SlateFlow PDF planner files (“the products”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
What you are buying
SlateFlow sells downloadable linked PDF files designed for use on reMarkable and other PDF-compatible e-ink devices. No physical product, tablet, accessory or printed material is included.
License and permitted use
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the files on devices you own. You may print pages for personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share publicly, or include the files in any derivative product or template library.
Intellectual property
All layouts, page structures, link logic, typography and visual systems are the intellectual property of SlateFlow. You receive a license to use the files; ownership does not transfer to you.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed through Shopify to the original payment method.
Device and software compatibility
Files are built and tested for reMarkable 1, reMarkable 2, Paper Pro and Paper Pro Move. We do not guarantee performance on devices or PDF readers we have not tested. reMarkable software updates may affect how files display, and that is outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlateFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the files. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that order.
